Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
Add an optional textarea mapped to account so the service administrator can know how (if) its owner wants to be contacted if there is a problem specific to their account.
This contact method is not meant to authenticate users, only to manually inform users when edge cases happen.
