Currently, if a user loses access to their account, all their resources are locked and forever lost.

This is necessary for reg and subdomain, subpath and onion in ht as there are no other authentication method left.

However, for the zone in ns and the custom domain name in ht, a way to initialy authenticate the owner already exists, and it should be used to also reinitialise the owner.
