Two of my friends and I visited the Cathay Pacific Tokyo Office, and we were all quite pleased with the way we were handled. We had a warm welcome from the staff, who also assisted us with our travel arrangements. Our tickets caused some confusion, but they resolved it quickly and courteously. The office has a relaxed and friendly vibe. The service was nice and effective, and we didn't have to wait long. I had a very good experience. I am now even more comfortable flying with Cathay Pacific going forward.
