Hello, My name is Utto. When my best friend and I went to the Volaris AIrlines San Jose Office to adjust the dates of our flights, the service was first-rate! Maria, the agent, was incredibly nice and made what could have been a difficult process simple. It was a good idea to have free water and charging outlets in the waiting room. We were quite grateful that they allowed us to adjust our schedule without charging us extra. We felt appreciated as consumers throughout the entire encounter. Without a doubt, we will make all of our upcoming Volaris reservations directly via this office!
